Blueicon Ltd. (the "Company") provides the D1 mobile app and related website services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

For the D1 mobile app, including the iOS app, we do not use data collected in the app to track you across third-party apps, websites, or offline properties for targeted advertising or advertising measurement. We also do not share app-collected personal data with data brokers for their own marketing or profiling purposes.

The D1 mobile app is designed to use first-party account and activity data for app functionality, not to track users across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising.

We do not state that the iOS app uses App Tracking Transparency-covered tracking for cross-app advertising, and we do not use app-collected data to build third-party advertising profiles for data brokers.

If you leave our Services and open an external website or service, that third party's privacy practices apply to your use of their service.

6. Website Technologies

Our website may use essential or functional browser storage technologies, such as cookies or local storage, to keep the site working, remember basic preferences, and support security or session management.

This section applies to website use. It does not change the statement above that the D1 mobile app does not use app-collected data to track users across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
